【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,constructionandsupply(includinginstallationanddismantling,witharrangementsfortransportandmaintenance)ofmillingmachinesincludingmachinescapableofperformingboringoperations.Machinescoveredbythisstandardincludebutarenotlimitedto:-kneeandcolumntypemillingmachines-bed-typemillingmachines-multi-spindlemillingmachines-plano-millingmachines-profileandcontouringmillingmachines-millingandboringmachines1.2Thisstandardtakesaccountofintendeduseincludingreasonablyforeseeablemisuse,maintenance,cleaning,andsettingoperations.Itpresumesaccesstothemachinefromalldirections.Itdescribesmeanstoreduceriskstooperatorsandotherexposedpersons.1.3Thisstandardalsoappliestoworkpiecetransferdeviceswhentheyformanintegralpartofthemachine.1.4Thisstandarddealswithsignificanthazardsrelevanttomillingmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.1.5Hazardsarisingfromothermetalworkingprocesses(e.g.grinding,turning,forming,EDM,laserprocessing)arecoveredbyotherstandards.1.6Millingmachineswithautomatictoolchangingcapabilitiesarenotcoveredbythisstandard.1.7ThisstandardisnotapplicabletomillingmachineswhichweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
