【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesminimumrecommendationsforpreparingandsmoothingpanelunderlayments,thickpouredgypsumconcreteunderlayments,thickpouredlightweightcellularconcreteunderlaymentsandconcretesubfloorswithpatchingcompounds.Actualrequirementsformaterialstobeused,mixtures,andotherdetailsaregenerallyincludedaspartoftheprojectplansorspecificationdetailsandmayvaryfromtheminimumrecommendationssetforthinthispractice.1.1Thispracticeincludesrecommendationsforpreparingandsmoothingpanelunderlayments,gypsumconcreteandconcretesubfloorswithpatchingcompoundsuponwhichresilientflooringmaybeinstalled.1.2Thispracticedoesnotcovertheadequacyofthesubfloorassemblytoperformitsstructuralrequirements,whichisgovernedbylocalbuildingcodes.1.3Thispracticedoesnotsupersedeinanymannertheresilientflooring,underlaymentoradhesivemanufacturerx2019;swritteninstructions.Consulttheindividualresilientflooring,underlaymentoradhesivemanufacturerforspecificrecommendations.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
