【摘要】:ComparisonwithOtherInclusionRatingMethods8212;Becausethetestisperformedonavolumetricratherthanasurface-examinationbasis,theultrasonicmethodisinherentlybetterabletodetectinfrequentlyoccurringlargeinclusionsorclustersofsmallinclusionsthaneddycurrent,magneticparticle,microscopical,ormacroscopicexaminationprocedures.LimitationofInclusionSizeandType8212;Alimitationofthemethodisthatitwillnotdetectallinclusions.Inclusionchemistry,size,shape,location,anddistributionmaylimittheabilityofthemethodtoprovideindicationsdistinctfromthosegeneratedbythesurroundingmetallurgicalstructure.Therecommendedpracticeisonlymeaningfullyapplicabletoexaminationofsteelwhereintheinclusionsizeandtypearewithinthedetectioncapabilitiesofthemethod.Forsteelwhereininclusionsize,dispersion,andchemistrypreventoptimuminclusiondetectionbyultrasonics,microscopicalmethodsdetailedinTestMethodsE45maybeapplied.1.1Thispracticecoversaprocedurefortheratingofrectangularsteelsectionsbyimmersionultrasonictechniques.Itspurposeistoprovideinformationonthecontentoflargeinclusionsorclustersofsmallinclusionsfordeterminingthesuitabilityofasteellotforbearingapplications.Thispracticeinnomannerdefinesorestablisheslimitsofacceptability.1.2Forthisdocument,largeinclusionsaredefinedinultrasonictermsasthosehavingareflectingareaequivalenttoorlargerthana1/64-in.diameterflat-bottomholeinasteelreferenceblockofsimilarpropertiesandthickness.Inmetallographicterms,largeinclusions,definedinthisway,areofapproximatelythesamesizeasthesmallestdetectablesizesrevealedbythemacroscopicmethodsofTestMethodsE45.Insomecases,inclusionssmallerthanthosedescribedpreviouslycanbedetectedeitherindividuallyorinclusters,dependingontheirtype,chemicalcomposition,orientationtotheultrasonicbeamanddistancefromthesoundentrysurfaceofthespecimen.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1.1Thispart2ofIEC60730appliestoelectricallyoperatedoilvalvesforusein,onorinassociationwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilarusethatuseelectricity,incombinationwithfuelintheliquidstatesuchasdistillates,residualfuels,etc.Thispart2alsoappliestoelectricallyoperatedoilvalvesusingNTCorPTCthermistors,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJ.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofelectricallyoperatedoilvalvesusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment,butalsoextendedtoindustrialpurposeswherenodedicatedproductstandardexists,suchasthatforcentralheating,airconditioning,processheating,etc.Thispart2isalsoapplicabletocontrolsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Throughoutthispart2theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".Thispart2doesnotapplytoelectricallyoperatedoilvalvesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Electricallyoperatedoilvalvesforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthispart2.Thispart2identifiesanumberofmechanicalfeaturesas"underconsideration".Untilthesemechanicalrequirementsareincorporatedinthispart2,eachcountryusingthispart2willhavetoquantifytheserequirements.Complianceofanelectricallyoperatedoilvalvewiththispart2doesnotimplythatthevalveisacceptablewithoutfurthertestsforthesemechanicalfeatures.1.1.2Thispart2appliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithelectricallyoperatedoilvalves.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanelectricallyoperatedoilvalvearecontainedinIEC61058-1.Thispart2doesnotapplytoelectricallyoperatedoilvalvesofnominalconnectionsizeaboveDN150.Hereinafter,theterm"valve"isusedtodenoteanelectricallyoperatedoilvalve(includingprimemoverandvalvebody).1.1.3Anelectricactuatorthatissubmittedtothetestinglaboratoryincombinationwithanoilvalvewillbeevaluatedunderthispart2.AseparateelectricactuatorisevaluatedunderIEC60730-2-14,whichprovidesparticularrequirementsforelectricactuators.1.1.4Thispart2alsoappliestovalvesutilizedaspartofasystem,orvalvesmechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrols.
