【摘要】:Thismethodisfordeterminingmetalsinsamplesofunknowncompositionsuchasresiduesanddeposits.Aluminum(Al),cadmium(Cd),calcium(Ca),chromium(Cr),cobalt(Co),copper(Cu),iron(Fe),lead(Pb),magnesium(Mg),manganese(Mn),molybdenum(Mo),nickel(Ni),potassium(K),sodium(Na),strontium(Sr),tin(Sn),titanium(Ti),vanadium(V),zinc(Zn),andzirconium(Zr)arequantitativelydeterminedbyInductivelyCoupledPlasma-OpticalEmissionSpectrometry(ICP-OES).Concentrationsdeterminedgenerallycovertherangeof0.02toseveralmass-%,seeTable1.Sampledilutionextendstheworkingrangeformajor(matrix)components.Ifrequested,additionalelementscanbedetermined,ifthesamplepreparationmethodisappropriatefortheadditionalelements.Barium(Ba)andsilicon(Si)cannotbedeterminedbythismethodduetotheacidtreatmentofsamples.Alpha-aluminawillnotdissolveintheacidmediausedinthismethod.Analternativemicrowave-baseddissolutiontechniqueisdescribedintheAppendix.Siliconcanbedeterminedusingthemicrowave-baseddissolutiontechnique;andinstructionsfortheanalysisofsiliconareincluded.
