【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919givesguidelinesforapplyingevaluationcriteriaforshaftvibrationmeasuredintheradialdirectionatorclosetothebearingsofsteamturbinesandgenerators.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsof:—vibrationundernormalsteady-stateoperatingconditions;—vibrationduringtransientoperation,includingpassagethroughresonantspeedsduringrunuporrundown;—changesinvibrationwhichcanoccurduringnormalsteady-stateoperation.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforvibrationevaluationsince,ingeneralasdescribedintheintroductiontoISO7919-1,thevibratoryconditionofamachineisassessedbyconsiderationofboththeshaftvibrationandtheassociatedstructuralvibration(seeISO10816-2).ThispartofISO7919isapplicabletoland-basedsteamturbinesandgeneratorswithanormaloperatingspeedof1500r/min,1800r/min,3000r/minor3600r/min,andpoweroutputsgreaterthan50MW.Italsoincludessteamturbinesand/orgeneratorswhicharedirectlycoupledtoagasturbine(suchasforcombinedcycleapplications).InsuchcasesthecriteriaofthispartofISO7919applyonlytothesteamturbineandthegenerator.EvaluationofthegasturbinevibrationshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewithISO7919-4andISO10816-4.
